3 Terms, 1 Plan, 1 Goal: To make The Suthers the best it can be for every student. Here is how Doug plans to do it.
Doug plans to focus on building a strong foundation for the school community. How is he going to do this? By listening to students, staff and parents, and by creating a culture of respect, inclusivity and collaboration, right here.
Doug will focus on acting upon feedback as quickly as possible. He will work with the school leadership team to implement changes that will have a positive impact on the school community, and he will keep students informed about what is happening and why as we head into 2027.
Doug's final chance to make a meaningful change to the school community before his tenure ends. He will focus on ensuring that the changes made in the previous terms are sustainable and that the school community is prepared for the future. He will also work to ensure that the school is a place where every student feels valued, respected and heard.
